Thousands are flocking to California starting this weekend for the start of festival season. Coachella is here!!

Festival season marks the unofficial beginning of summer, and with it comes new fashion trends, impromptu celebrity sightings, and staying up all night to hear your favorite bands and artists.

Events like Coachella can be one of the highlights of the year, but they can also pose a real challenge to healthy habits. Between the humidity and heat, lack of sleep, dehydration made worse by alcohol consumption, and the abundance of nachos, fries, and ice cream, it can be hard to stay on track and avoid unwanted guilt from enjoying yourself a little too much.
