Macadamia Matcha Latte Recipe
We know that being healthy means cultivating small daily habits that make all the difference in your fitness journey. One of my favorite rituals is stop everything I am doing to breathe, take time for myself and make my favorite matcha latte recipe. It's perfect for when I need an extra energy boost to keep going about my day, but I don't necessarily want to drink coffee.
There are plenty of different types of matcha lattes. I love Macadamia Milk, so I decided to share it with you too. In today's recipe, we will also add 2 spoons of the Leaner Creamer Matcha flavor, for its various health benefits like curbing your cravings and maintaining you feeling full and satisfied. So our Macadamia Matcha Latte is extra special and healthy!
INGREDIENTS

1 cup of Macadamia milk ( or any milk of your preference)

2-3 tablespoons honey (sub maple syrup or coconut nectar) I like my drinks very sweet, so use your discretion

DRINK UP
This is a great drink to start off your day or in case you need some energy in the middle of it. Several studies have shown how beneficial it is to drink Matcha daily. The Matcha tea is considered an antioxidant powerhouse and drinking a cup of it is actually equivalent to drinking 10 cups of green tea. I hope you enjoy your cup of Macadamia Matcha Latte!
