LeanerMe: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Hey!! How are you? Hope you’re doing well!!!

Well below I have two pumpkin pie smoothie recipes, they’re almost the similar but they have a few basic differences and it’s up to you to figure out what ingredients are more accessible to you! Or maybe mix up the two and try it out??? I don’t know, you decide, and of course always let us know!!! So this season skip baking the pie, make a smoothie instead whenever you want!

What You Need:

¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

2 Teaspoons Leaner Creamer Original

¾ Cup 100% Pumpkin Puree

3 Medium Bananas (Frozen and Sliced)

1 Can Light Coconut Milk (Chilled)

What You Need to Do:

Pre-step: Place the can of coconut milk in the fridge for about an hour or two prior to using it. Or until the coconut milk is completely chilled.

1. Add the bananas into the blender and blend. The bananas will crumble just a bit since they were frozen and sliced.

2. Blend in the coconut milk. The mix should then become creamy, and make sure to scrape the sides down to make sure you get everything!

3. Blend in the rest of the ingredients: Leaner Creamer, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

4. Pour into cups (makes two servings).

5. Enjoy!!!!

Or you can try this recipe! (It’s a pumpkin pie smoothie too!)

What you need:

½ Cup Pumpkin Puree

1 Large Banana

6-8 Ice Cubes

¾ Vanilla Yogurt (Greek Yogurt Preferred)

½ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Teaspoon Agave (Can Substitute with Honey)

3 Tablespoons Milk

2 Teaspoons Leaner Creamer Original

What you need to do:

1. Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a glass and ENJOY!

For both smoothies you can top off with a bit of whipped cream if you’d like!!!

There you have it two delicious pumpkin pie smoothies.

They’re delicious and with Halloween and Thanksgiving approaching, these recipes are perfect!
