Flourless Banana Nut Pancakes

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons quick oats
1 large egg
1 tablespoon Original Leaner Creamer
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Mix together banana, eggs, and oats together in a large bowl.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, and pour the batter out into evenly sized circles. Put pecans on top, and let cook for 4 minutes. Flip, and cook for another 4 minutes, or until golden.
3. Top with fruit, honey, syrup, or any other topping, and enjoy!
