Bikini Body Workout

The weather is heating up, and you know what that means! Time to bust out those bikinis! Everyone wants to feel and look their best for the summertime, so here's an awesome workout to help you tone your abs!

Do this one time through, only resting during the noted rest period. 

Bicycle Kicks - 30 seconds

Elbow Plank - 45 seconds

Straight Leg Lifts - 10 reps each leg

Russian Twists - 15 reps each side

Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds

REST - 15 SECONDS

Superman Planks - 8 reps each side

Side plank (left) - 45 seconds

Windshield Wipers - 8 reps each side

Side Plank (right) - 45 seconds

Bicycle Kicks - 30 seconds

Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds
