Do this three times, with a 1 minute break in between sets:
25 tight arm circles (forward)
25 tight arm circles (backward)
15 pushups
30 bicep curls (10 full curls, 10 half curls, 10 full curls)
15 tricep dips
15 push ups
15 chest presses
20 front rows
