Awesome Arms Workout

Warm weather and summer sunshine means tank top season is upon us, and we will want to have awesome arms to accompany our sleeveless attire now, won't we? This workout is the perfect way to sculpt and lift any sag, leaving you with the lithe arms of your dreams! Check it out!

 

Do this three times, with a 1 minute break in between sets:

25 tight arm circles (forward)

25 tight arm circles (backward)

15 pushups

30 bicep curls (10 full curls, 10 half curls, 10 full curls)

15 tricep dips

15 push ups

15 chest presses

20 front rows
