Apple Pie Mimosas
Hey friends, so some major holidays are coming up real soon and that means a lot of family gatherings coming up real soon too either for brunch or for dinner and if you need a little something to get you through the day.
I GOT YOU.
This simple recipe is going to help you get through those holiday conversations where it seems your life is the hot topic of the part only because your nosy cousin couldn’t stay quiet and low key despises you. Or you can impress your friends during brunch either way this cocktail is perfect for any festive occasion!
What you need:
2 Tablespoons Caramel
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Cup Apple Cider
8 oz. Caramel Vodka
1 Bottle Champagne
Apple Slices for garnish
What you need to do:
In a small dish pour, caramel sauce.
In a separate small dish pour the cinnamon sugar.
Dip the champagne flute into the caramel first to rim the glass then dip in the cinnamon sugar.
Pour some caramel vodka (salted caramel vodka is good too) in the champagne glass. [Just a teeny tiny bit, or I guess depending how strong you’d like it you can always fill up more!]
Pour some apple cider to half way mark of the glass.
Top with champagne.
Garnish glass with an apple slice!
