No Oven to Bake? Need Some Protein? Try this out...
Non-Bake Protein Bars
1/2 Cup of Milk
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2-3 Tbsp. Honey
1 1/4 Cup Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
2 Cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
2 Tbsp. Leaner Creamer
In a medium pot over low heat, stir in milk, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, oats and Leaner Creamer.
Spray cooking pan with butter or oil, and spread dough into it evenly.
Cut into squares and place dough in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Store in the fridge or freezer!
