The concept is simple. Follow the rules listed below for 14 days, and watch the weight melt off. NO CHEATING. This challenge only works when you commit fully and avoid temptation. So get out there and get going!
- Before every meal drink a full 8 oz glass off water.
- Don't eat out.
- No alcohol or liquid calories.
- Eat protein for every meal.
- Work out for 30 minutes every day.
- Indulge one cheat meal at day 7 where you can eat whatever you want.
- Get a full nights sleep.
- Don't eat after 7pm.
