I don’t know about you but I cannot run a single mile without any music. It’s INSANE. Trying to run or workout with music is impossible for me because I need the motivation that the music gives me. Music is amazing because it either helps you harness the frustration you’ve gathered and relocate it to your workout. Now the following songs are the one I have in my “Let’s Run” playlist (remember: I love to run long distances, especially long distance trail runs so my playlist has to be lit!
& my playlist ranges from sad songs, angry songs, and very upbeat songs because each song makes me feel different things which then creates different results in my run.
Also, I enjoy songs that I know the lyrics so you can totally catch me running all over LA singing the song out of breath while running!
