Ingredients
1 TBSP spirulina
1 TBSP Original Leaner Creamer
1 handful Spinach
1 half banana
1 TBSP honey
1 TBSP ground flax seed
1/4 cup ice
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined.
2. Pour into a cup to serve, and enjoy!
