EVERY EXERCISE 30 SECONDS
30 SECONDS REST AFTER 2 EXERCISES
WATER BREAK AFTER EVERY ROUND
Round One:
Exercise 1: Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)
Exercise 2: Jumping Jacks
* 30 Second Rest (if you need water DRINK WATER!!!)
Exercise 3: High Knees
Exercise 4: Burpees
* 30 Second Rest (if you need water DRINK WATER!!!)
Exercise 5: Squats
Exercise 6: High Kicks *just like high knees but extend your leg to the best of your ability*
* 30 Second Rest (if you need water DRINK WATER!!!)
Exercise 7: Windshield Wipers
Exercise 8: Alternating Jumping Lunges
*WATER BREAK (2 minute rest but remain active: walking in a circle or shaking limbs)
KEEP REPEATING ROUNDS UNTIL YOU'VE DONE ALL EXERCISES 5 TIMES!
Notes:
You can modify any of these exercise to best fit you.
Please do not strain yourself.
If you're not able to do all five rounds that is perfectly fine.
If it appears to be too much complete two rounds on one day and do all five rounds another day.
Either way be proud of yourself and good luck 'cause this workout is killer!
