Return and Refund Policy

It has been the goal of Leaner Creamer to change the way people are enjoying their coffee - to give you a creamer that helps achieve your health and fitness goals.
However, if for certain reasons you are not satisfied we will gladly process a refund for you, no questions ask. You are not required to send us back the unopened/and or used item but we would appreciate if you can share or give it to your friends or family members who are looking for a healthier alternative to other branded coffee creamers.

Please be informed that all refunds will be deducted with a $5 refund processing fee and as well as the shipping cost incurred upon sending your order. For subscribers, a $6.50 refund processing fee will be applied.
Further, all refunds are manually reviewed. We will process refunds for under these conditions;
- If you aren't satisfied, you can request a refund within 5 business days from the date the order was delivered to you based on USPS tracking. If you have contacted us beyond this period, we are unable to consider your refund request as Valid.
- You are eligible for this refund if you are a first-time buyer of Leaner Creamer or a first time to buy/try a specific product that is absolutely different from your other previous purchases.
If you fail to meet the above conditions, you may still request a refund but we must require the product to be returned to us.
To complete your return, you must contact our customer service team.
Please note all returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. The return item must be in its original condition, is not damaged or had missing parts otherwise, we will not accept it.
International Orders Policy
Leaner Creamer is not responsible for any customs fees that may apply to your shipment. We can't tell in advance how much they will be. If in doubt, check with your local post office.
Delays or lost in transit are out of our control and we cannot re-issue any order or refund. Most delays with international shipments occur in the local customs office and/or local post office of the destination country.If you feel your package is late, first check with your local post office and customs office.
If we find any incomplete or invalid address, or determine a higher cost of shipping for your order than usual, we have the right to cancel the order and refund you the full amount.
Please note, all international orders are not eligible for Subscribe and Save and /or for Free Shipping on purchases above $50.
